When I get a green card through Eb5, do I have to live in the same state where I invested?

You dont have to live in the same state where you invested

You only need to make an investment to create jobs, but it doesn’t restrict where you live in the US

No, with an EB-5 green card, you can live anywhere in the U.S., regardless of where you invested.
