By registering for and utilizing our lead generation, case management software, and webinar speaking opportunities ("Attorney Services"), you ("Attorney," "you," or "your") expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1.1 Lead and Software Access

• All leads provided through our platform are generated by Immigration Question and are intended exclusively for your use in providing immigration-related legal services.
• You are solely responsible for independently verifying and qualifying any leads received.

1.2 Webinar Speaking Opportunities

• Participation as a speaker in our webinars is offered solely as an opportunity to increase your professional visibility on social media and other platforms directed at the U.S. immigrant community.
• Any statements, opinions, or advice you provide during such webinars are made in your personal capacity and do not represent the views, policies, or endorsements of Immigration Question or its affiliates.

1.3 No Guarantee of Client Engagement

Immigration Question makes no representations or warranties regarding the conversion of leads into clients, nor does it guarantee that participation in webinars will result in client acquisition or engagement.

1.4 Compliance and Ethics

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules of professional conduct, and ethical standards governing your legal practice, including but not limited to those related to advertising, solicitation, and client communications.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

Immigration Question acts solely as an intermediary between you and potential clients. Immigration Question expressly disclaims any and all liability for the quality or outcome of your legal services, any results achieved for clients, and any disputes arising out of your professional relationship with clients.

1.6 Fees and Payments

You are solely responsible for any fees charged to clients for your legal services. Any fees paid to Immigration Question for access to leads, software, or webinar opportunities are separate and do not constitute payment on behalf of clients, nor do they imply any obligation on Immigration Question to pay or guarantee your fees.

2. Disclaimer for Immigrant Users (Clients)

Important Notice Regarding Services, Payments, and Privacy

Before purchasing any plans or services through our platform, please carefully review and acknowledge the following terms:

2.1 Third-Party Service Provider

Immigration Question is a third-party platform that facilitates connections between users and licensed immigration attorneys. Immigration Question does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services directly.

2.2 Payment Authorization

By enrolling in any plan, you authorize Immigration Question to process payments on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise agreed). You are responsible for understanding and fulfilling your payment obligations.

2.3 Fees and Representation

All fees paid to Immigration Question (including IMQ/MYLS) are for access to the platform, case management services, and administrative costs only. These fees are not paid to your attorney and do not cover any legal representation or services provided by your attorney.

2.4 Attorney Fees

Any and all fees for legal representation or services are to be negotiated and paid directly between you and your chosen attorney. Immigration Question is not responsible for attorney fees or for resolving any disputes related to legal services.

2.5 Privacy and Information Sharing

Immigration Question collects and uses your information solely for the purpose of connecting you with immigration attorneys. Your information may be shared with attorneys and other relevant parties as necessary to facilitate your case. Immigration Question is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

2.6 No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration Question does not guarantee any specific immigration outcome or result. All legal decisions and case outcomes are the sole responsibility of your attorney and are subject to applicable law. Immigration Question only claims responsibility for consultations scheduled through IMQ, not for the actions or advice of attorneys.

2.7 Communications and Notifications

By proceeding, you consent to receive notifications, emails, and other reminders related to your consultation and services. These communications are intended to provide updates and important information regarding your scheduled sessions.

2.8 Representation Fees Only

Payments made to Immigration Question are exclusively for representative (REP) fees and do not include any attorney fees.

2.9 Attorney Selection

You retain the right to select an attorney of your choice. Immigration Question does not assign or require you to work with any specific attorney.

2.10 No Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Failure to attend the scheduled consultation on time.
• Completion of the consultation.

2.11 No Legal Affiliation

Immigration Question is not a law firm and is not affiliated with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

2.12 Attorney Agreements

Any agreements, communications, or future engagements with attorneys are strictly between you and the attorney. Immigration Question will not participate in or be responsible for such interactions.

2.13 Right to Exit

You may leave the meeting at any time after the consultation begins.

2.14 Acknowledgment

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Client No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund. All payments for missed appointments are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. Please ensure you are available and on time for your scheduled session.

4. Attorney No-Show Policy

In the event that the scheduled attorney is unavailable or fails to attend the consultation:

• We will arrange for a replacement attorney within four (4) to six (6) hours, or
• The consultation will be rescheduled for the next business day, subject to attorney availability.

You will be notified promptly of any changes, and every reasonable effort will be made to minimize inconvenience.
