It is your I-94 status that's important, not the visa stamp. As long as your I-94 hasn’t expired and you’re following your status rules, you’re fine.

Are you out of status? If no, there is no problem.

If your visa and your I94 expires, you are out of status and you need to leave immediately, unless you have already made an application to change status
