If you have a U.S. citizen or permanent resident as a family member, they can sponsor you for a green card

An employer can sponsor employees for a green card through labor certification or extraordinary abilities.

You can get it through work or family visa. Someone will sponsor you and file a petition for you then you will go through the usual process of getting a visa
