What are my chances of getting permanent stay in the US.? I’m trying to decide where to immigrate. US or Canada. I’ve saved up for this and wouldn’t want to return to my home country empty handed and back to square 1.

It really depends on your situation—background, visa options, and goals. The U.S. can be tough, but not impossible. Canada might offer a smoother path. Talk to an expert first.

Your chances depend on your visa type, background, and goals. The U.S. is competitive, while Canada may offer clearer pathways. Talk to an expert before deciding.

Your chances of getting permanent stay in the US depend on various factors, including your qualifications, work experience, and the immigration pathway you choose. Options include family-based green cards (1-15 years), investor green cards (2.5-5 years), marriage-based green cards (9-14 months), extraordinary ability green cards (8 months-2 years), and company transfer green cards (6-12 months). Consider consulting an immigration lawyer to navigate the process and maximize your chances of approval
