My spouse's income doesn’t meet the requirement. Can someone else co-sponsor?

Yes, a joint sponsor is allowed USCIS permits another person to help meet the income requirement if your spouse doesn’t qualify financially.

You can also use a household member’s income like a parent or sibling living with your spouse using Form I-864A, if they pool income.

They’ll need to file Form I-864 (Affidavit of Support) just like your spouse, and attach proof of income such as tax returns, W-2s, and pay stubs.
