I'm married to a U.S. citizen but entered the U.S. illegally—can I still get a green card?

Yes, it may be possible but how you entered the U.S., and your immigration history will affect your options.

If your U.S. citizen spouse files a petition, you may need to leave the U.S. and apply for a waiver before returning with a green card.
