So I overstayed my visa years ago but have a U.S. citizen spouse. Is it still possible to adjust my status???

Yes, you can still adjust your status through your U.S. citizen spouse, but there might be extra steps due to your overstay. It’s best to consult an immigration attorney.

Yes, very possible. You can via your US citizen spouse.
