I’ve been in the U.S. for 10 years without status. Is there any relief available?

You may qualify for Cancellation of Removal for Non-Permanent Residents but only if you are already in deportation proceedings before an immigration judge.

To qualify, you must show 10 years of continuous presence in the U.S., good moral character, and that your removal would cause exceptional and extremely unusual hardship to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse, parent, or child.

If you’re married to a U.S. citizen, you might be able to adjust your status through marriage if you entered the U.S. legally, even if you overstayed.

If you’ve been abused by a U.S. citizen or green card holder spouse, you may qualify under VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) even without legal status.
