I'm currently in the US on a visitor visa and am interested in exploring job opportunities here. What are the general steps to obtaining a work visa, and are there any circumstances under which the process can be expedited? I'm eager to start my job search as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, i don't think u can directly convert a visitor visa to a work visa while in the US. You'll need to return to your home country and apply for the appropriate work visa after securing a job offer from a US employer

you cannot switch to a work visa from a b1/b2 visa. find an employer to sponsor to the US based on your specialization or skills
