I'm a refugee who has been resettled in the U.S. Can I bring my family to join me?

As a refugee, you may be eligible to sponsor family members for refugee status or asylum through the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. However, this can be a very long and complex process. Good luck!

If you meet specific requirements, you may be able to file a petition for your family members through the family-based immigration process. You would also need to wait for a visa to become available.
