I’m a refugee in the U.S., and I want to bring my wife and children who are still overseas. What can I do?

Your spouse and children must prove their relationship to you existed before your entry

Your relatives will enter the U.S. as derivatives of your status, after 1 year, they too may apply for Green Cards

You can file Form I-730 (Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition) within two years of your arrival to bring your spouse and children to the U.S.
