I'm a permanent resident, and I've been convicted of a DUI. Will this affect my eligibility for U.S. citizenship?

A DUI conviction may impact your eligibility for U.S. citizenship, as USCIS considers it a crime involving moral turpitude

You may still be eligible for citizenship if you can demonstrate that you have good moral character and the DUI conviction was an isolated incident. However, I recommend consulting with an immigration attorney for professional guidance
