I was denied asylum, can I appeal this decision?

Yes, if your asylum claim is denied, you have the right to appeal the decision to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) within 30 days.

Yes, I think the office to appeal to is the board of immigration appeals. But jst make sure it is before 30 days after you got the denial
