I was a victim of a crime in the U.S. Can I apply for immigration relief?

If you were a victim of human trafficking, you may be eligible for a T visa.

Can I ask what type of crime? Anyway, If you were a victim of a qualifying crime in the U.S., then YES you might be eligible for a U visa or T visa (if it involved trafficking). You'll need to cooperate with law enforcement to qualify though.
