I received a procedural fairness letter. What does that mean and how should I respond?

A Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL) means the immigration officer has concerns about your application and is giving you a chance to explain before making a final decision. You must respond within the deadline, clearly addressing the issue with honest explanations and supporting documents. Legal advice is highly recommended to prepare a strong response

A Procedural Fairness Letter is issued when the immigration officer has doubts or concerns regarding your application.

You’ll need to respond within the specified time, addressing the concerns raised, providing any requested documents, and clarifying any misunderstandings
