I overstayed my visa by 14 months but married a U.S. citizen after. Can I still adjust status?

Yes, marriage to a U.S. citizen allows you to adjust status despite the overstay. You can apply for a green card through Form I-485 without leaving the U.S.

Yes you can since you're married to a US citizen
