I in deportation case but my kids are U.S. citizens. Can I stop deportation?

Having U.S. citizen kids might help if you show deporting you will make big trouble for them. You can ask for special relief, but it not easy to get.

Having children who are U.S citizens may help. You would need to meet strict eligibility criteria and show that deporting you would cause "exceptional and extremely unusual hardship" to your children.
