I am DACA recipient, but I want to visit my family abroad. Can I apply for advance parole? Also what is the risks?

Totally doable! Just be careful—it’s not a guaranteed ticket back.

Yes, you can but the risks can be denial of reentry if your advance parole is not approved, change in immigration laws, or issues with your DACA status. Maybe talk to a lawyer first
