How long can I stay in the U.S. after my H1B visa expires, and are there any grace periods for finding a new job?

Hello. After your h1B visa expires, you usually got like 60 days to either find a new job, apply for another status, or leave the US. If you get another company to sponsor you during that time, they can file to transfer your h1B. But if you stay longer than those 60 days without doing nothing, you could get in trouble, like getting deported or having problems getting visas later.
