If your spouse is already in the U.S., you may be able to file Form I-485 for adjustment of status alongside Form I-130.

If you're a green card holder, you can still petition for your spouse, but be aware of longer processing times compared to U.S. citizens.

Consider applying for a K-3 nonimmigrant visa to allow your spouse to enter the U.S. while the immigrant visa is pending.
