How can H-1B visa holders navigate job changes or layoffs, especially with the strict 60-day grace period, and what are the best strategies for maintaining legal status during periods of unemployment?

Navigating layoffs with strict timelines is difficult. Thankfully we have some options - 1. Getting a new job within 60 days. 2. Changing the status to B-2 3. Applying for compelling circumstance work authorization. My firm has successfully handled these applications. Spouses and eligible children can also get work authorization under this option.
