Can my family come if I get a green card?

As a green card holder, you can sponsor your spouse and unmarried children under or over 21.

You must file Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative for each qualifying family member.

Once you become a U.S. citizen, you can then sponsor parents, siblings, and married children.
