My wife is a us citizen. and we ɓeen married for 5 years. Can I file for citizenship while waiting for my 10-year

Yes, if you’ve been married to your U.S. citizen spouse for 3 years and have had a green card for 3 years, you may qualify for early naturalization under the 3-year rule

It doesn’t matter if your 10-year green card hasn’t arrived yet what matters is how long you’ve had any form of permanent resident status even the 2-year conditional green card counts.

If you’ve already filed Form I-751 to remove conditions, you can still apply for citizenship, you do not need to wait for the 10-year card to be issued.

Yes, I have filled in to remove the conditions, and they renewed my 2 years to 4 years, and I have gone 1 year into the 4 years

You can file Form N-400 up to 90 days before meeting the full 3-year requirement if the other conditions are met.
