After graduation, you can stay up to 60 days unless you apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT). OPT allows you to work in your field of study for up to 12 months (or more if you're in STEM).

If you haven’t applied for OPT yet, make sure to do it before your program end date.

If you plan to study further, you can also transfer to another SEVP-approved school and continue on F-1 status.

You should have a clear plan on what do you want(study more or get a job) and then consult an attorney.

After you graduate, you can stay in the U.S. for up to 60 days, known as the grace period, unless you apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT) or enroll in another academic program. If you do not take further action, you have to leave the country when this period ends.
