My EAD will expire soon. What can I do?

You should submit a renewal application as soon as possible. USCIS allows you to apply up to 180 days before your current EAD expires.

File Form I-765 to renew your Employment Authorization Document (EAD) if your underlying status or eligibility category is still valid.

 If eligible, apply for a Green Card through family, employment, or other categories to gain permanent residency.
