Given your complex immigration history, obtaining a visa for the UK or Schengen area might be challenging, but Portugal or Ireland might offer relatively more accessible options within the Schengen zone or Common Travel Area.

Considering your situation, the UK might be a more feasible option due to its separate immigration system, but a Schengen visa from a country like Greece or Italy could potentially be easier to obtain than others.

With a history of deportation and visa overstay, securing a visa for any country will be difficult, but some Schengen countries like Slovenia or Malta have relatively lenient tourism visa policies, whereas the UK's system is more stringent.
