I recently received TPS as a Haitian national. Can TPS help me get a green card, or is it only temporary protection?

TPS itself does not lead directly to a green card. It only provides temporary legal status and work authorization.

TPS holders may adjust status through other paths, like family or employment, if eligible.

Some TPS holders use travel authorization to fix entry issues, but rules can change.
