I have not see my fiancé before and I want to apply for k1 visa. Hope there will be no problem?

A K-1 visa requirement is for you and your fiancé to meet physically at least once in the past two years before you can apply

The US govt can waive the requirement to meet if you can prove that it will cause extreme hardship or if it is physically impossible due to medical challenge
