I entered the U.S. on a fiancé visa but didn’t marry. Can I stay if I marry someone else now?

No, you can’t adjust status through a new spouse unless you leave the U.S. and reenter with the proper visa.

You must return home and have your new spouse petition for you via consular processing.

Overstaying your K-1 visa may complicate your case and could lead to removal proceedings.
