So sorry, If you were a green card holder at the time of your spouse’s death and have lived in the U.S. continuously for at least five years, you may be eligible to apply for naturalization under the regular five-year rule.

Hello. My condolences. I think that if you had already applied for naturalization before your spouse passed away, your application may still proceed under the special provision for spouses of U.S. citizens.
