Hello! My partner and I been together 3 years are wanting to tie the knot. He is British and I am American. Can someone guide me in the right direction on what this means for his visa? Right now he is only able to visit the US on the 3 month tourist visa. How long until he can stay longer after we get married and how long until he can work here?? Thank you!!!
