Hello! My partner and I been together 3 years are wanting to tie the knot. He is British and I am American. Can someone guide me in the right direction on what this means for his visa? Right now he is only able to visit the US on the 3 month tourist visa. How long until he can stay longer after we get married and how long until he can work here?? Thank you!!!

Congrats!! The best advice I'd say is to apply for a Workers Visa and consider around a 1 year turnaround time
