Can my friend apply for a U.S. investor visa (EB-5) as a small business owner from Malaysia?

Yes, if your friend invests at least $800,000–$1,050,000 in a U.S. business and creates 10 full-time jobs, they may qualify for an EB-5 investor visa.

Yes, your friend can apply if they’re able to invest the required amount and create jobs. Being a small business owner from Malaysia doesn’t stop them from qualifying.

Yep, if they invest enough and create jobs, they can apply—being from Malaysia isn’t a barrier.
