Can I sponsor my sibling if I live outside the U.S.?

You can only sponsor a sibling if you’re a U.S. citizen, regardless of where you live.

However, you must prove you maintain a U.S. domicile, especially if the sibling will adjust in the U.S.

Living abroad may raise concerns; a co-sponsor or proof of intent to reestablish U.S. residence may be needed.
