Can I get a green card through my U.S. citizen child if I entered illegally?

Once your child turns 21, they can file an I-130 petition for you.

But if you entered without inspection (EWI), you generally cannot adjust status inside the U.S. without special relief

You may be eligible for consular processing with an I-601A waiver if hardship to your citizen child or spouse is shown.
