Can I apply for citizenship after 3 years of marriage to a U.S. citizen?

Yes. If you have been a lawful permanent resident (green card holder) for at least 3 years and have been living in marital union with your U.S. citizen spouse during that period, you may be eligible to apply for naturalization under the 3-year rule.
