Can I apply for a fiancé(e) visa if I haven’t met my partner in person?

Generally, you must have met your fiancé(e) in person within the last 2 years.

Exceptions are granted only in cases of extreme hardship or cultural traditions.

Video calls and online communication alone do not fulfill the requirement.
