πŸ—οΈ Key Differences between EB1 and EB2 Visas: EB1 is for individuals with extraordinary ability, outstanding professors/researchers, or multinational executives 🌍. It has higher eligibility criteria but faster processing and usually no need for labor certification (PERM). EB2 is for professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability in their field πŸŽ“. It generally requires PERM unless applying under the National Interest Waiver (NIW). πŸ’‘ Which is better? For a green card, EB1 is better due to shorter wait times ⏳. For citizenship, both are equal πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ β€” once you get a green card, the path to citizenship (usually after 5 years) is the same for both. 🌟
