What is the 10-year rule for cancellation of removal?

It allows undocumented individuals to apply for a green card in court if they’ve lived in the U.S. for 10+ years.

You must show good moral character and that your removal would cause extreme hardship to a U.S. citizen or LPR relative.

It’s only available in removal proceedings and not through regular USCIS filing.
