What is Temporary Protected Status (TPS)?

TPS allows individuals from designated countries to live and work in the U.S. temporarily due to conflict, disaster, or unsafe conditions.

You must apply during the registration period and meet eligibility requirements.

TPS does not lead directly to a Green Card, but it may allow adjustment under other programs.
