The I-94 date controls your legal stay, not the visa stamp date.

Staying beyond the I-94 date is considered overstaying and can trigger bans.

You must either extend status or leave the U.S. before the I-94 expires.

The visa stamp only governs entry, while the I-94 governs duration of stay.
