Outside of the new $100,000 fee (if applicable), employers still pay other required processing fees, LCA (Labor Condition Application) obligations, prevailing wage compliance, and supporting documentation/attorney costs.

Premium processing (if used) is an extra charge (now $2,805 for H-1B Form I-129) above the base petition fees.

Companies may also incur costs related to legal counsel, compliance with national interest exception procedures (if seeking an exemption), and possible logistical/travel costs for employees if they are outside the U.S. and need to reenter before the rule takes effect.
