It is being sent Next Day Air to the Chicago Lockbox and will arrive on Tuesday, April 21 My Questions: 1. Since the 60th day fell on a Saturday, does 8 CFR 1.1(h) automatically extend my filing deadline to the next business day (Monday, April 20)? 2. Will USCIS reject the application as "late" because it physically arrives at the Lockbox on Tuesday (the 21st), or do they honor the **Monday drop-off/scan** as the filing date under the weekend rule? 3.
