Submitted Form I-90 on 2 Oct 24 for renewal of Green card expiring 3 Mar 25. As of this date did not receive new Green card or 36 month extension documentation. Can you help

You can check your case status online at USCIS.gov. If delayed, call USCIS or submit an inquiry. Consider an InfoPass appointment for urgent proof of status.

Your renewal is pending. Contact USCIS regarding card or extension status.
