So my fiancé is undocumented but has been in the U.S. since he was 12. If we marry, will I be able to sponsor him even though he doesn’t have a visa?

Yes, you can still sponsor him, but the process may be more complex and could require a waiver or adjustment through special programs like Parole in Place or consular processing.

Yes, you can still sponsor him after marriage, but since he’s undocumented, the process might take extra steps—like a waiver or special program—to get him a green card.
