Should I try to fix a mistake on my I-129f fiancé Visa or should I wait until they tell me I made a mistake.? I just received my receipt notice that they received my application.

Inform USCIS about the mistake. If it's serious, you may have to file again

I don't think you should ignore, especially if it's a serious error that can affect your application. Contact USCIS and tell them

USCIS will contact you if they need clarification or an update through a Request for Evidence (RFE). Sending changes now without being asked can delay your case or cause confusion.

Since you got your receipt notice, it’s best to wait — USCIS will contact you if they need corrections. Only reach out now if the mistake is major, like a wrong name or date.
