Running my business from Saudi Arabia has worked well so far, but operations are now expanding into the United States. While I do not plan to relocate permanently, I expect to travel to the U.S. frequently for meetings and oversight, and I am also considering buying a house there. What immigration or visa issues should I think about to avoid problems while managing business interests in the U.S.?

Frequent travel usually requires a valid business visitor visa that matches your activities. You must be careful not to engage in hands-on work while in the U.S. Owning property does not grant immigration status.

Buying a house in the U.S. does not affect your visa eligibility or entry rights.

If travel becomes regular, you may want to explore longer-term business visas. An immigration attorney can help you structure visits without risking violations.
