What processes should I follow to get a O Visa, I'm currently in spain

Just find a U.S. sponsor to file Form I-129 with USCI. After they approve, apply for the visa at the U.S. Embassy in Spain and attend an interview. Maybe talk to one of the lawyers here for something more comprehensive.
