What is the process to seek asylum in another country?

  1. A section 23 permit.
  2. Any proof of identification from the country of origin.
  3. A travel document if in possession of one.
  4. Applicant's fingerprints taken in the prescribed manner.
  5. Interpreter if secured (if necessary )
