The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) protects eligible undocumented youth

DACA applicants must have arrived in the U.S. before age 16 and before June 15, 2007.

DACA applicants must either be enrolled in a school, graduated, or honorably discharged from the military.

The DACA Status is temporary but can be renewed every two years.
